Welcome to our home! We are currently searching for a friendly and sociable flatmate to join our household. If you appreciate a warm and inviting environment, enjoy good company, and respect common areas, you could be the perfect match for us.

We have a fully furnished bedroom available, complete with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, and a TV with chrome cast. Our location in East Auckland is conveniently close to Pakuranga Plaza, shops, motorways, and public transport, with ample off-street parking available. We are also just a short 5-minute drive from Sylvia Park.

Our home features a separate bathroom and toilet, a spacious living area and kitchen, and a lovely garden with a deck. There is plenty of parking space in both the driveway and on the street, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Rent for the room is $200 P/W Moving in, x1 WEEK’S RENT & ……………x1 WEEK’s BOND= $400

Current flatmate : 1 male late 30’s. Lives at the back in garage but self contain. Works full time and very respectful and quiet.Keeps it to himself 🙂
