Close to train station, bus stop,Airport ,Manukau supa centre, Pak n Save, Manukau mall. Less than 5 mins drive to SH1 and SH20.

10 mins drive to Auckland Airport

House is secured by house alarm and cameras. Secured car parking also available.

Rent is $250 includes fair use of water, wifi and electricity. Bathroom has to share with one tenant only.

Feel free to bring your furniture to the bedroom, if any. No pets, smoking allowed only outside the house.
