House to share with owner’s and 1 other flatmate. Unfurnished double room in three bedroom house, room shares bathroom with one other. Gas, power, water and internet included. Property is in a quite area, 5 minute walk to a bus stop, 10 min drive to CB or Mount.

Two owners (38M, 29F) and one flatmate, all work full time. Current flatmate will be moving out to go on his OE early next year. Also have one small dog at the house, he’s getting on in years so is pretty laid back.
