3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

Looking for a third flatmate for our warm, sunny new build house in Oceanview.

House is fully equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, huge fridge, TV + chromecast + Prime, record player if you’re into that, and lots of kitchen appliances/gear (toaster, microwave, kettle, Sodastream etc.). The room itself is unfurnished and has a sliding wardrobe.

North facing house so gets plenty of sun and is always warm and cosy. House has a deck and lawn to enjoy the sunshine in the summer months. We also have a heat pump for when it gets chilly in the winter.

You will be sharing a spacious bathroom with one other flatmate.

The house is within walking distance of the new Showgrounds shopping centre, beach, shops etc and nearby petrol stations.

This room would suit someone working full time and clean and tidy. Both flatmates are working professionals in their 20s so would suit someone similar but no worries if not :)

Power, internet (fibre) and gas are split three ways monthly, currently about $60 per person per month but obviously more in winter.
