About the room

We are looking for a flatmate(s) for our large, multicultural, fully furnished room in Christchurch City Central (by Latimer Square).

The house is super central, just a 6 minute walk to the Cathedral Square, 9 minute walk to Aspire2, and 14 minute walk to Ara. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby so it’s great if you work in the city - no transport costs! 🍔🥗🍪☕️🥂🍺🍹

Single: $220/week (utilities included) Couple: $290/week

About the roomies

The flatmates are clean, friendly and respectful, so we are looking for similar people. We do activities together, but you don’t have to join in if you don’t want to. 🎥🎛🎉 This is not a party house, and you will need to clean up after yourself! We’re all aged between 22-36.
