You will be living in a 4 bedroom newly built townhouse in AVONDALE and is set back from the road allowing plenty of privacy and quiet. We are a flat family of 5 currently and one of our lovely flatties is moving over the shore sadly.

You will have one of the upstairs unfurnished double sized bedrooms with built-in double door wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom that is just outside your door.
