Hello, we are on the lookout for a flattie to join our beautiful brand-new townhouse in Massey/Westgate area!

Your room has a built-in closet and will comfortably fit a queen sized bed and desk/drawers. The room also features its own entrance from the rear of the house with access to a small deck area. You will share a shower/bathroom with just 1 person. Parking is on the street, which is very safe and well-lit.

Location is close to Westgate/Northwest and motorway on-ramp. It’s about 10min walk to a bus stop.

Can come furnished with a queen bed if required. Rest of the house is fully furnished.

Sorry no pets, smokers or couples.

A little bit about us: We are two friends, females in our early-mid 30’s, who work in Finance and HR. We have lots of things going on outside of the house and we want to create a safe and cozy environment when we are at home where all of us can feel relaxed. Therefore we are looking for someone of similar age who is independent, comes with a good flatmate etiquette, enjoys to get social but also do their own thing - it’s all about the balance 🙂
