Bungalow home on quiet street. You will be subletting a room of a flatmate that will be out of New Zealand for 11 weeks. So the period of rental is from 6th December until 21 February. You need to be willing to rent the room for at least 8 weeks during that period. The rent is $150/week plus $30/week for power, water, and unlimited fibre wifi. You have your own fully furnished room. Kitchen has all whiteware with two fridge/freezers so plenty of room to store food. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc all provided. Free laundry with two washing machines. Place to hang up clothing out of the rain or can use a clothes dryer for a minimal charge. House is fully insulated with the HRV ventillation system in every room to keep house drier with filtered air. Around the house is a garden with vegetables and fruit trees.
The house is in a good location, 7 minute walk to Morningside train station, 5 minute walk to bus. Near bicycle path to city or Unitech. 15 minute bicycle ride to downtown Auckland.

There are two international males, both in their late 20’s. One is a full time student and the other is on a holiday working visa. One is from Sri Lanka and the other from Chile, both good cooks so a wide assortment of food. Both flatmates are responsible, considerate, tidy people.
