We have a large house with with a big private garden. It’s only a few minutes away from both Sunnynook shopping centre and Wairau park for all your shopping needs and a few streets away from the Tristam Avenue on ramp if you need to get on the motorway.

The room is large with an ensuite and private bathroom and it’s own balcony. It has two large cupboards one of which can be used as a walk-in wardrobe and a lovely nook if you wanted to create a separate space in the room.

There is full use of the garden, kitchen and living room and on street parking.

We are two siblings in our 30s looking for a third flatmate to fill the master bedroom. We both work but are generally home bodies. There is also two lovely dogs so you’ll have to be okay with pet hair and slobber! We’re both queer so you must also be LGBTQ friendly :)
