Kia Ora, we have a room available asap (move in date from 3rd of Dec 2023). Location is in Grafton, Auckland Central in Whitaker Place. Close to universities and public transport. Perfect for people studying in the city or who dont drive as parking is paid and limited. Room is furnished with desk, single bed and mattress and closet. Rent is 160 a week. This covers water, power etc. Wifi is 30 dollars a month. Move in cost: 4 weeks as bond plus a weeks in advance which is 640 bond plus 160 rent in advance.
