Kia Ora, we have a room available from the21st of June 2026 . Location is in Grafton, Auckland Central on Whitaker Place right next to a convivence store open until midnight every night and a burger shop just 150ish meters up the road and nearby pizza hut and kebab shop. Walking distance to bus stops to head out East, West and North shore. Perfect for people studying at the universities and/or working in the city as we are 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from AUT city campus and UOA city and Grafton campus. Parking is not included and on-street and is paid only and limited.

Rent is 180 a week. This covers hot and cold water, power etc. Unlimited Wifi is 27 dollars a month and an extra cost of a range of $10 to $15 a month for communally shared items such as toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning products, rubbish bags etc but this will be billed when the costs come in.

Move in cost: 4 weeks as bond plus a weeks in advance which is 640 bond plus 160 rent in advance so all up $800 that needs to be paid before you move in. You will need to be willing to sign a flatmate agreement when moved in. Please let me know if you want to come view the room.

There are two other females in the flat so we are looking for a female to take over the room. Someone who is willing to do their share of the cleaning (a roster of once every 3 weeks of cleaning the communal areas) and keeping their spaces clean and tidied.
