This would be perfect for any summer students who need a move-in-ready place quickly. Our lease ends in February, but will most likely renew and stay longer so this would also be an excellent permanent spot for you too.

The flat itself was recently renovated, and is well insulated with 2 heat pump/air cons. It is also nice and airy with the high ceilings and plenty of windows to look at the great view of Wellington City itself.

The flat came with nice, modern whiteware, including a dishwasher, and has amazing water pressure, and a separate toilet and bathroom (with a second toilet).

Utilities are about $20-$30 per month.

The room shown is a nice size, bright, warm and will come with the queen size bed frame and mattress, the large storage console, and the wooden clothes rack (all seen in photos). So, essentially, requires no furniture and is move in ready.

Room 2 is identical just not furnished and is $220 p/w.

You’ll be living with 2 guys who keep to themselves most of the time but are friendly and happy to hang out.

BUT the star of the show (as seen in photos) is the amazing Rigby (the cat) who will happily keep you company no matter what you’re doing.
