We are looking for one more female flatmate to share with 3 other female working professionals. The main part of the property is on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and has two bedrooms and a bathroom on each bedroom level (1& 2). The entrance to the property is off Richmond Road. Public transport links with bus stops close by, close to town and part of a complex with a shared gym and large pool. The property is furnished apart from the bedrooms. We are part of a complex so no party people please as we need to be respectful of others. Parking outside the house is on the street and free.
The Room The room we have is reasonably large with a double wardrobe and on the top floor so you should be okay with stairs it is street side and has lovely light in the afternoon and evening. The bathroom on that level is shared with one other flatmate.
The Location Supermarkets, West Lynn shops, restaurants, cafes, good coffee are all a short stroll away. Cox’s Bay and Grey Lynn Park are easy walking distance.
About Us Two flatmates are easygoing and friendly female working professionals in their 30s. I am a Business Consultant 40+ and am up in Auckland for work usually around 3 days a week. My family is based out of town. I have one cat that is super shy that you would be unlikely to see very often but is super cute once she warms up to you.
