Hey there, Are you tired of living in a boring room? Look no further! I have a fully furnished double bedroom with an ensuite that will knock your socks off. The room comes with a TV, Queen bed, bedside draws, and a wardrobe that can fit all your clothes and then some.

But wait, there’s more! This house was renovated in 2020 with all the modern utilities and solar, battery electricity. It’s located on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The bedroom opens with French doors onto the decking, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine while taking in the view.

There are two living areas and a chef’s kitchen, so you’ll never run out of space to entertain guests. Plus, I’m slowly planting native plants with a future running stream, so you can enjoy nature right in your backyard.

Now, I know what you’re thinking, “What about the outdoor areas?” Don’t worry, some areas are still under development, but there’s a shady seat under the trees that’s perfect for relaxing. And if you’re feeling adventurous, the base and town are just a stone’s throw away.

I’m looking for a flatmate because my partner had to move back to Australia to support family and won’t be returning to NZ. But don’t worry, you won’t be alone. I have a beautiful friendly Swiss Sheppard who’s only 10 months old and two cats. And if you have a furry friend of your own, they’re more than welcome to join us. There’s plenty of room for them to run around and safe streets for your cat to explore.

It’s just me, my partner moved out in November and my 11-year-old is moving to Australia this January, I am a hardworking, sales manager with an easy to get along with personality. I am happy to let you have your space or have a good chat and a glass of wine, I was a Chef for many years so I like to cook my meals.
