We’re excited to offer you a cozy room that features a comfortable double bed, a handy tea-table, and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, perfect for all your storage needs. You’ll also have access to a shared bathroom and toilet. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
About the roomies
A room is ideal for a single female. You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly mother and my 11 years -old daughter. The room is private, with shared access to common spaces and bathroom/toliet. There is a garage to and outdoor space.
Rent is $2 50 per week including power water and internat. expenses.Move in cost: bond of $500 which is 2 weeks of rent,and one week rent in advance before you move in.
The home is Located between Mt Eden Road and Dominion Road, you’ll enjoy walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, a convenient drive to the CBD, and excellent public bus transport options. Feel free to reach out for more details or to arrange a viewing.
