Hello lovely people, I have a room available in this 2 bedroom apartment. It’s located in Auckland CBD. Close to shops, public transport, Uni and Hospital. The room is furnished with a queen size bed and wardrobe. Suitable for a couple or single person. I’m happy to share my kitchen utensils. The rent is $400 per week including internet. Power and water bills will be shared by the end of the month.
