It is a 5 bedroom flat and I am looking for someone who can takeover my room for a month while I’m gone (Jan 26 - Feb 26). The flat and room are fully furnished. Room comes with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe space. Rent includes utilities. The flat is 1 minute away from the bus stop, 5 min walk to Vic Uni Kelburn campus and 2 minute walk to cable car. It is also 5 mins walk away from the nearest grocery store, restaurants, bar and cafes!

You will only share the house with one other girl in early twenties, full-time working professional.
