Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. You will be sharing the bathroom and the toilet with 2 other males in their 20’s who are quiet and respectful. Upstairs bedroom occupant has his own bathroom / toilet and has separate entrance.
Bus stop is only 2 mins walk from the house. Ellerslie train station is 15 mins walk Handy to motorways, Lunn Ave shops, Tamaki campus, sylvia park (direct Bus route) New world, Meadowbank shopping Centre. No pets, drugs, No couples Strictly outside smoking
