The house is furnished, the bedroom comes with a table, chair and shelves, bed could can be brought for a price. The bus stop is right outside the house and has frequent buses to the city. It takes about 20mins to get to cbd by bus. A 10min walk to pak n save, countdown, new world and all the Newtown shops. A 15min walk to the Wellington hospital.
