The house is a spacious 2 bedroom that borders Ellerslie and the Greenlane motorway is a 5 minute drive away! Its close to the ellerslie train station and has a bus stop down the road too.

The room itself is big enough to fit a queen bed, drawers, maybe a small desk. It has a single built-in wardrobe and a wall mounted heater. The room can come with a queen bed, a small set of drawers and a bedside table if needed.

The house is fully furnished, has a big lounge, plenty of storage, a nice kitchen, big deck and a bathroom with a separate toilet! There is one off street park that we would be sharing but the street is super quiet and safe.

Rent is $215 per week including basic household items (dishsoap, paper towels, etc) but excludes power and wifi which we split between us and is roughly $70-$80 per month each.

The bond will be $500 and we ask for 1 week of rent in advance.

Hi! Me and my partner Jake live in the house currently with our cat Mystic. Jake works full time and I do part time while being at Uni.

We’re looking for a flatmate ideally around our age (23) who is friendly, cleans up after themselves, pays rent on time and who respects their own space but is also up for a chat! We aren’t party people but have our friends over occasionally.

Unfortunately no couples, no smokers and we can’t have any other pets, sorry!
