A large double bedroom, sunny position, large wardrobe, modern home. The house is 4 bedrooms, pretty large (240m2) 2 story. Located near to a reserve and walks, plenty of native bird action and trees. We are close to Massey University, Westfield Mall and the Albany Central Bus Station. Plenty of options for bars and cafe’s near to us. Onsite parking and Northern and North Western Motorways are within 5 minutes either direction. Send through a DM for viewing arrangement.
A professional couple and have 1 female student nurse boarding with us. We are easygoing and we like a laugh, but we are respectful and we keep a clean home.
