Furnished room in family home consisting of one parent and teenager. And two cats. Excellent location. Nice sunny home and outlook. We are friendly and easy going, you must be working away from home as most my work is done at home. Photos of room to come . Rent includes, furnished room, water usage rate, gas heating for hot water, internet & basic house hold amenities (will discuss). Power 3rds each month, or weekly if short term stay. Food separate (yet can be negotiable for right fit).
