FLATMATE/S WANTED IN KINGSLAND

Hi 👋 there. We’re looking for a new flatmate/s to join our flat family in the heart of Kingsland. MINT location, just a stones throw away from local bars, restaurants and cafes.

The room has east side sunshine and gets the morning sun. It has wooden shutters and is a reasonable sized room and warm. Singles $320 per week. Couples are welcome $360 per week.

About the flat: The villa is fully furnished (the bedroom has a king size bed and mattress in it) and has all the modern appliances you’ll need. The house itself is one floor with three rooms and one bathroom. Some storage space under the house with extra toilet and laundry. One shared kitchen and lounge with cool deck overlooking lush trees and Eden Park, that gets morning sun!

💵 $320/week + expenses (single person). $360/week + expenses (couple). Bond = three weeks rent (must be paid to secure the room in advance) plus one week rent in advance.

📅 Room available from 23 December. 👫 Two other flatmates. Easy going and chilled. Work in building industry, retail and yoga. 🌳 Huge verandah with beautiful lush trees and awesome views over Mt Eden Stadium. We are easy going and enjoy socialising but also enjoy our own time alone as well. Our hobbies are cooking, surfing, music, yoga, dance, socialising and beaches. We are aged in our early 50’s, easy going and chilled.

Ideal flatmate: Looking for someone friendly, chilled and independent who is clean, tidy, honest and considerate. Someone who is house proud, contributes to keeping the house clean. This is perfect if you are looking for an inner city home, not just a place to sleep. We do enjoy the occasional drink at home, we are very sociable and love going out to concerts, dancing and rugby games.
