We have 2 rooms available - one has a massive double wardrobe, the other is slightly smaller with a single wardrobe but has an air conditioning unit in it. Our home has been renovated in the last couple of years so is very modern and clean. There is a large deck area for entertaining, too!

Rent is $260/week - includes water, power, wifi, rubbish… you just need to bring your own food. We are also keen to look into sharing the cooking nights too. One room is fully furnished with a king single bed, the other can have a single bed in it if you’d like :)

Ideal flatmate is someone who works full time, doesn’t smoke or vape, and is easy to chat to. We do not tolerate drugs on our premises - thanks for your understanding!

We are a 10 minute walk from the Brookfield shops, and a short drive to everywhere else in Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

We are a couple in our early 20s (22 and 23) who have just purchased our first home. We are clean and pretty easy-going. Jordan is a refrigeration engineer in Te Puke. He loves going to the gym most nights. I am a teacher in Katikati, and I love to go to Pilates in Bethlehem. We both love a going on adventures, and having a cheeky drink every now and again. We enjoy being social, but also love time to ourselves sometimes.
