Hey everyone:) We can offer two rooms in our Grey Lynn House by mid December at 260 dollar rent plus around 20 dollar in utilities per week per room. We have a bus stop into CBD only a 5 minute walk through a park away, with a 10 minute bus ride to the CBD center. And free parking right in front of our house.

One of our roommates is moving out into his own home with his partner. And the other one (me xD) is exploring the south island with a friend from Japan. You’d be moving in with two girls (Gemma from New Zealand and Heymin from South Korea) as your new kind and caring flatmates. We are looking for two equally kind caring people who’d like to stay for at least 6 months.
