Newstead Avenue

Property is nice, very quiet place, nice backyard with grass and some trees. The house is one floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 big ones and a single one. Toilet and bathroom are separate. Lounge is cozy and we also have a glassroom where is really great to spend some time when is not to sunny. The house has natural light all day, there is lots windows. The room comes unfurniture, there is enough room for a queen or double bed. Has a wardrobe that goes into the wall. The area is super chill, we are 15 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and the shops. Seupermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops, bakery and plenty more places.

We are two people and a dog living on the house. Bronns works full time so he spend most of the day away, and myself I work part time at the moment so I spend some time at the house, but also like different sports so I’m active. We are pretty quiet during the week and on the weekends more active, like to go see some friends, go for a swim, diving, anything that we feel like.
