I’m a male in my early 30’s, from Hawke’s Bay originally, have lived in this apartment for 2 years (love it) and I’m building my own property business - which tends to occupy the bulk of my time. I’m laid back, domesticated, enjoy socialising (not to be construed with heavy partying), watching/playing sport, and I consider “chilling” a hobby as well. I’m here 4-5 nights a week, the balance at my girlfriends house.
