Angela's room

We have 1x furnished bedroom in a newly built home in a new subdivision in Matamata coming available soon. The room is 3x3m with a large double wardrobe and queen sized bed, chest of drawers, and you will share your own bathroom with another roommate.

The house is fully furnished, including - 2x fridges, 1x chest freezer, washer/dryer, large TV that has Netflix, Disney + and Prime.

Your board is inclusive of reasonable usage of power, wifi, and some staple laundry, bathroom and cleaning products. We have a large and very productive vege garden that we would love to share the produce from with you. An off street parking spot is provided.

House is owned by long term couple Angela (27) and Jayden (26) who work as rural professionals locally. We are both from farming backgrounds and went to boarding school so are down to earth and happy sharing our space.

Flat dynamics are important to us and we hope to find people that we get along well with. Our hobbies are hiking, mountain biking, golf, watching sport, good food, drinks and music. We are not a party house but are social and up for potluck dinners, board games/cards and a few drinks on special occasions.

We are looking for people who are Friendly, Down to earth, Tidy, Work full time (not from home), and are Non Smokers. We are open to a couple joining but would need to negotiate on rent/board cost. Pets not okay as we already have a Tortoiseshell cat called Misty who loves to be the center of attention.
