Location: Boulcott Street (just off Willis Street) Move in is 26th December. Rent is $230 + $20 bills which cover wifi, electricity, water and basic household items. Rent also includes cleaners coming and fully cleaning shared spaces roughly once a month. The room can come fully furnished if you want to buy mine at a discounted rate however I’m starting to sell my stuff so some items may be sold.

It’s a 6 bed flat right in the centre of Wellington City with a 2 minute walk to every bus route. The room has a lovely view of the city and gets plenty of light all day. There are two identical bathrooms and a storage room for any extra baggage. Kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, a large fridge, freezer and a large storage unit for food. A new cooker was also installed last week.

Housemates include four guys and one girl who are all in their 20s/30s. One Irish, two kiwis, a Frenchman and a Japanese girl. All very nice, friendly and mature people.
