Hi. Iām looking for a female boarder. I own a 3 bedroom house in kew, st clair area, Cul de sac street. The room gets sun. Close to beach, 15 minute walk. Large property with storage and a deck and driveway, quiet street. $220 a week that includes power and internet, rubbish bin. The room has wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, lamp, blankets, new curtains, king single bed. Fold out couch in there at the moment. Would buy a double bed if wanted.
