Hi. I’m looking for a female boarder. I own a 3 bedroom house in kew, st clair area, quiet Cul de sac street. The room gets sun. Close to beach, 15 minute walk. Bus stop is under 10 minutes away. Large property with storage and a deck and driveway, quiet street. $200 a week that includes internet, rubbish bin. Power is included but in the winter there will be a small extra charge depending on usage. I have firewood and heatpump in lounge. Moisture master system. The room has wardrobe, drawers, shelves, lamp, blankets,, desk and chair, king single bed.

About the roomies

Im a 54 yr old female with 3 cats. My daughter is 25 years old and will visit occasionally. I work at night as a cleaner at the university and am quiet, tidy, clean. Very friendly too😃
