Sarah's room

Seeking a single person, with no kids or pets, but must be okay with cats as there are 2 here. Preferably working or studying, must be reliable with rent and bill payments and is clean and tidy. Rent includes: household costs such as milk, eggs, coffee, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and laundry powder. Gardens, large green council rubbish bin, high speed WIFI, reasonable use of power (outside of winter) and water. Room is medium sized and unfurnished but has the wifi router in it, so could be good for a gamer. It has all day sun and has a view of the entire town and our beautiful gardens, off street parking can be arrange, but there is a bus top at the top of the driveway and street parking.

There is myself, our current flatmate of 6 years and my partner. I am a part time caregiver, studying business and spend my spare time crocheting toys, my partner works full time and likes to spend his spare time chilling out. Our flatmate works long hours and likes to game in his spare time. This is not a party house so we do not want someone who drinks heavily and wants to party every weekend, as we are mostly introverts, we do enjoy a bbq with mates every now and then though.
