Riana's room

You have the option of one of two rooms furnished or unfurnished in a 4 bedroom house. Both rooms are spacious (double) rooms with ample cupboard space. All the bedrooms are upstairs, downstairs have a shower, toilet and basin with the kitchen, laundry and x2 lounges. Feel free to enquire to have a look.

Two mature professionals, and one student sharing the house (one now retired and possibly moving away later in 2024). Other housemate a female, age 55. Enjoying a wine, cooking and a good yarn after work. Student age 18. Only pet here is 56yr old cockatoo, nil others allowed. Long-term preferred.
