House has 3 bedrooms: -1 room at the downstairs area with it’s own bathroom and balcony area - OCCUPIED FROM 2 MARCH -2 rooms upstairs with shared bathroom in between the rooms. There is a shared bathroom between the rooms. One room is bigger with a heat pump - $250/week, the other room slightly smaller $220/week - excluding bills.
