Hobsonville Point Road

I moved into a brand new apartment complex (Te Uru By Fletchers) in Hobsonville September of this year.

Am now looking for a boarder for 2024. There are two rooms in the house and one shared bathroom.

Countdown is right opposite (2min walk) and there are also few F&B shops around. New World (and other F&B’s) are also within walking distance.

The bus stop to Catalina Bay and beyond is opposite the road from my house (literally less than a min walk!) and also the bus heading towards town or Westgate is right outside!

I do also have access to two bike racks in the communal bike locker room on the ground floor if needed.

I’m on the top floor so the views are splendid looking out towards Whenuapai and the water way to the right. If you’re needing a vehicle there’s also a smart car to rent (more information can be provided).

Note the photo of the room is a display unit room on the ground floor however the view on my floor is much more different. Plenty of sunlight coming through and wind to keep cool!

All amenities are included and shared such as a brand new Samsung smart TV and surround sound bar plus a decent fridge and drinks fridge if needed. Also included is a washing machine (no dryer though yet, am working hard to get that one). There is however a laundromat if needed for drying clothes within a min’s walk from the carpark. I haven’t had an issue with drying clothes using a standard drying rack.

All you need is yourself and a great personality. Neat, tidy and respectful are big plusses!

I attend C3 West Auckland with my fiancé Helena of whom you may see come in from time to time. Aside from that I am pretty reserved and chilled. Currently I am out of the house weekdays for work 8:30am to 4:30pm. On the odd chance I may work from home on some of these days.
