2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.
The house is lovely and peaceful down a quiet cul de sac. There is a back garden and a sunny deck. The house is fully insulated and cosy. Great neighbours. It has a relaxed energy, this is not a party house. I have two cats.
The room is a good sized double with its own wardrobe, the room is fully furnished (double futon bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers).

1 existing flatmate. Homeowner, female, work in education, 45. Friendly and sociable, but like my own space. Two beautiful black and white cats.
