House is fitted with a smart vent system - all bedrooms have a heat pump.

Lounge also has heat pump.

Off street parking.

Smoking okay outside of house.

House is fully furnished in communal areas, bedroom is not.

3 fur babies.. We have two Pomeranian dogs and a cat. Every other weekend my partner stays the over and brings two more pomeranians.

New pets are negotiable.
