David's room

Single room available Lansdowne area 5 minutes walk to hospital, 10 minutes to town. $200 per week includes wifi, power, fortnightly cleaner, dedicated bathroom space. Females preferred. No smoking. Should like dogs. Room includes built in wardrobe, wall heater. House has everything including dishwasher, dryer, heat pumps/air con etc etc. Room currently has single bed but will replace with double if preferred. Will provide TV and furniture if required.

You will be sharing with me, a retired executive consultant and published author, and my Border Collie Jock, with occasional visits from my grandson who boards at Rathkeale. A quiet, easy-going household.
