All rooms are able to be locked properly so that your own space is for you. This can be either 1 bedroom for a couple or 2 bedrooms for 2 singles who want to share. We are right opposite a bus stop at Caversham. Walking distance to 2 bus lines. Parking on site. 2 rooms have heat pumps. Really sunny elevated spot with stairs. Laundry in bathroom. Big rooms. Little deck area with table and with hanging space for laundry.

Other people live here as well as owner. Mature nice people of any age wanted but NO PARTIES thanks.
