Situated in Tinwald, Ashburton. About 4mis drive to ashburton town, 8mis walk to supervalue and 10mis walk to produce pals.

Furnished single room with built-in double closet, single bed with mattress, bedside table, working desk, a swivel office chair and sheets provided (optional). Off-street parking only available with security/CCTV cam on the facade of the house.

Weekly rent is 200$ that includes power bill, fibre internet and a Netfix on lounge TV only. Move in cost is 400$ (200$ safety deposit and 200$ advance consumable 1 week deposit). Food is not included.

I’m a 43 year old male fulltime employed I am a quiet, fun loving tidy and organised person and relative has humor. Loves a few beers in the days-off. Im non-smokers.
