One furnished bedroom (Double bed, 2 x bedside tables, 1 x dressing table, 1 x coat rack) available in a small, cosy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Room unfortunately does not have a wardrobe but there is plenty of room to store belongings. Move in date can be negotiated earlier if needed 😊

There is also a spare room with a desk that can be used for students needing a space to study.

House has plenty of on-street parking available and a big backyard with plenty of space to sit and relax on sunny days. Not a party house and preferably no overnight visitors.

Situated on the north end of Tawa, a 3 minute walk to the closest bus stop and 12 minute walk to New World and Linden Train Station. Must be okay with dogs as there will be one small, super friendly dog also living in the house.

Open to considering another small, friendly and well-trained dog to join the household. Length of stay and move in date can be negotiated. Must be LGBTQI+ friendly.

Owner of the house, I am a working professional (26, Male) who is quiet and respectful. I also have a friendly small dog (Bichon/Miniature Poodle) who loves human company and enjoys as many pats as she can get!

Not a party house, I like to keep to myself but happy to socialise with housemates.
