Step out front door onto the coastal walkway, a 5km loop around Hobsonville Point. 5 min to Northwest Mall. 10 min to Rosedale and Albany. 20 min to CBD (off peak). 35 min to airport (off peak). Friendly community with regular local events. The security deposit is $1050 (neg). 2 weeks rent to be paid in advance. A total of $1750 required in advance. A commitment for 2 month minimum term is required. After that a month-by-month arrangement is fine. Shared kitchen, dining area and lounge. This is a No Smoking environment inside and outside.
