Room plus attached bathroom. Located Pakuranga, 4 min drive to plaza, 10-near on ramps etc 10-12 min drive to Sylvia Park and Botany Malls, about 20-25 min drive to CBD. Near public transport (Bus). Off street parking. All inclusive of power(within reason, as long as you not doing 6x6 hyrdo grow op or running dryer 24/7) /water/unlimited internet (fibre)/netflix/disney. Partially furnished (bed,desk,wardrobe,TV etc).Will consider pets on case by case basis, may provide other services (cooking/laundry etc) depending, no deposit for right person. Also registered winz accomodation supplier.

Current Occupants: 2, Male (basically don’t age, starwars is life, likes cats/floffy things and plants, god tier cooking skills) and Female (Wiccan, casts spells and shiz) in early 40s, both working professionals, 3x cats (owners of property). House: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with oversized garage, under house storage, fenced and secure. Shared kitchen facilities and living room.

Expectations of Roomie: Chill and can clean up after themselves, and won’t whine about how loud my car is or why cats are doing zoomies at 3 in morning.
