Annalida's room

Located in Newtown close to the hospital, Countdown, New World, bus stops, Newtown shops and Massey University (everything is accessible). The room available is massive with bay windows that bring in the afternoon sun and a built in wardrobe which has room for storage inside and above. The bed pictured is a queen. Unfurnished with option to buy and keep the pictured desk and chair. The lounge/kitchen gets a lot of sun in the morning which heats it up and there is a heat pump. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake up a storm with a huge fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a new washer and a dryer. On street parking is available. Our property managers are prompt and quick to reply on any quieres or fixes needed.

Rent is $256 weekly plus expenses (usually $30 p/wk). Lease ends on the 8th of June 2024 (you may be able to continue lease by filling the other two rooms as current flatmates won’t be resigning).

You will be living with two girls aged 26 and 31 who work and study. This place is a home rather than a flat, it is kept clean and tidy. Everyone does their bit to make it comfortable. Ideally looking for someone aged between 25-35 to join the girls. Looking for a clean and sociable tenant! If you have an interest in house plant husbandry and cooking extravagant meals that taste great (most of the time) this is the house for you.
