All kitchenware, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer are provided (shared). $250 Per week, power, wifi and water included. Sunnyvale trainstation and bus stops round the corner, 10 minutes by car to Exit 14 on Highway #16, 5 mins drive to WestCity Waitakere Mall, 7 mins drive to Pak N Save. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Disclaimer: if weekly payments for electricity are exceeding 40 dollars and weekly payments for water/wastewater are exceeding 12 dollars then any amount above that will be split 50/50).

There is 1 existing flatmate (working professional in his early 40s) on the second floor, who has a cat, so no other pets are considered.
