A brightly lighted bedroom (unfurnished ) which can fit in one good double side bed.Double wardrobe with racks within.There is a common sharing bathroom with adjoining toilet.
Your weekly rental payment will include the usage of the white wares in the house, furniture, water and electricity. Whitewares includes: Washing machine, micro-oven, electric stove, HRV ventilation system, water filter for drinking.
However, the usage of power and utilities should be within reasonable limits ( especially for Working from Home adults )
Light cooking in the house is very much prefer. ( Light cooking refers to boiling and steaming of food and reheating of cooked food in the microwave.
Kindly please note the move-in costs to be paid upfront are: (a) 2 weeks rental in advance (b) 2 weeks rental for security bonds (c) Ultra fast fibre broadband will be co-shared among the occupants.
This house is ideal for someone who enjoys peace and tranquility. Most importantly, we are all mature Asian working adults looking for a flatmate who respects others privacy. We are not party goers. There are 3 existing flatmates. The owner & partner + one flatmate. All 3 of us are Asian working adults.
