Three bedroom house within walking distance to central Warkworth & MIT. Double room with inbuilt closet. Unfurnished but can provide a bed if required. Warm house with living areas opening out onto large deck. Quiet road with plenty of street parking with back of house overlooking lifestyle block. Large garage for storage.
