Alissa's room

-This house is slightly more than the others, but it is modern (double glazed windows, more space/privacy/xyz) -Description: 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. -The house is located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. -Nature lovers will be happy as it’s set on just under 1,300 sqm with established plantings and a pond (complete with ducks ~ yes, they frequent the outdoor human areas). -Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with ranch sliders that open onto a covered patio and alfresco dining area. -I have a cat called Leo. He is indoor/outdoor. -The room available is a double with a triple-door closet (heaps of space!). -Room available will share a bathroom with 1 other. -You must contribute to 1/3 of the shared communal duties (i.e. cleaning). -This is a 4-bedroom house however the 4th bedroom will not be rented and is used for visiting guests only. -I will require 2-weeks bond to secure the room & also a contract to be signed which allows 2-week notice to be given by either party. -A character reference is required.

-2 existing flatmates. We are 2 profession­ally working females. We enjoy cooking, movies and being able to relax at home. -Couples Not OK -Ideal flat mate: Working profession­al. Clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going­. No dramas plz. We are calm ppl and won’t tolerate drama.
