ROOM AVAILABLE – TOTARA ROAD, WHENUAPAI

One generously-sized bedroom with large wardrobe for rent in our sunny, modern home in Whenuapai from end of January 2024. Possibility for earlier move in date.

The room will be under a fixed-term agreement. A new contract is due to begin mid February - usually fixed for a year. A bond + 1 week of rent in advance will be required. Rent and water is $204 but will be increasing to $214 per week (when new lease starts), with power and internet being equally shared amongst us monthly, at an additional cost.

Our flat is a two-storey home consisting of four bedrooms, three toilets, two bathrooms, separate dining area, conjoined kitchen/living, tandem garage with additional roadside parking, and a sunny backyard (complete with a clothesline and garden shed ☺️)

We are looking one flatmate to join three others, all currently female in mid 20s. The ideal candidates would be young working professionals/students in their mid-twenties who are trustworthy, tidy, and respectful 😊 Any furniture contributions would also be a bonus given things will be leaving with the old flatties.

No pets, no smokers, no couples.
