The Terrace

This double room is part of a 2 bedroom apartment on the 14th floor of a central city apartment. It has great views and sun and you’ll be sharing the apartment with a young professional male in his mid-20’s. The flat comes with a dining table and chairs and couch, along with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge and heaters. The apartment has a balcony and shower of the bath. Its safe, secure and warm.

I am the landlord and live across town in Mt. Vic. The existing tenant moves in February 10 but the successful applicant can move in earlier if they wish. The existing tenant is in his mid-20’s and works just down the road on The Terrace. He’s easy to get along with, tidy and accommodating.
