Abdul Salam's room

A three bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. Well maintained and safe building. Plenty of public transport with three bus stops in front. Walkable distance to Britomart. Very close to Auckland Uni, Sky Tower and K Road. Has a GP clinic in the building. Plenty of options around to shop and dine. The neighbouring building (less than a minute’s walk) offers parking on a monthly basis for those with a car. Easy access to the motorway. Fully furnished with TV, fridge, internet, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. This is a single room with a wardrobe and bedside drawers. Has a bed and mattress. The room can be locked to ensure your privacy and security. Hot water is free in the building; however, the power bill has to be shared among the flatmates (usually around $8 pw) Looking for someone who’s working or studying. Need to be able to maintain the place neat and tidy and be regular with payments.

I work in healthcare and will stay in one of the single rooms. Will occasionally be out on week days when I visit my partner and kid. I like talking to others but am respectful of others’ privacy.
