Flatmate wanted Room for rent in Brookfield by the New World The room will be furnished with a King single bed and set of drawers, just need your own linen.
You will be sharing a bathroom and will be expected to help with keeping bathroom tidy.
No pets allowed, as we already have a cat.
Rent is $250 per week Includes: Power, Gas, Water, Ultra Fiber (WIFI) Bond is 2 weeks rent = $500
About the roomies
My partner and i will be living downstairs with our 2yr old son so you shouldnt hear us, we are looking for a full time working flat mate who is friendly and clean up after themselves. There are 2 other flatmates that live with us, but they pretty much keep to themselves. This is not a party house however the occasional drink is fine, also non smokers. We have a beautiful home nice and private very friendly, welcome to having your friends and family to visit.
